Wow, it never ceases to amaze me how much stuff one family can accumulate over the years!! We have had several garage sales in the past 10 years in an effort to get rid of things we have packed around for years or accumulated in the past 10 years that we find we no longer 'need'.
As we have gotten older, we have found that life is just simpler with less 'stuff'. Anyway, all of our work over the past few weeks paid off!! We had a successful garage sale.
The day started out blustery! We couldn't even drag stuff out to the driveway because of the rain. I guess the rain kept some people from even having their garage sale, so we were swamped for a few hours. And, we had a steady stream of people throughout the day. The day went FAST!!!
WHAT FUN!!!! I always love the actual day of a garage sale because of all the people that you meet...and you learn what they collect, what they are searching for....what they are going to use something for that they just bought (that you didn't think of...lol) and, just everyday chit chat.
By the end of the day, though, we were exhausted! But, a good exhausted! :-)
One more garage sale next month, with a friend, in another city,....and hopefully, I'll sell more of my stamping supplies....(a lot of the other stuff that is left is going to be donated to a pet shelter thrift store).
Now, to get my Granddaughter's Wedding invitations finished by the end of June, plan a retreat for September AND, I am starting up classes again.
So stay tuned!!
Have a great day!!!
And, remember to Paws N Stamp!!

And, yet another garage sale...sigh AND a Good deal from SU for JUNE
Ok, have fun looking sideways...lol. I tried and tried to fix this photo to no avail.
Once again, we are having another garage sale. Most of the stamps and rubber stamping supplies are from my demonstrator days with The Angel Company. I was with them for 11 years. I have hung on for too long to all the stamps I just knew I would use again. HELLO??? I haven't and especially not since becoming a SU demonstrator almost 3 years ago.
I keep asking myself, "Why do you keep doing this?" Why? Because each year, I get rid of more stamps and this year....I slashed the prices down to about .50 cents a CD case. WAY, WAY, WAY less than their original cost. They are all unmounted. But, heck, the CD case has to be worth at least .10cents, right? LOL
I also am selling some SU sets that are retired and some other crafting supplies.
Then, there are the household things and a beautiful king size headboard and foot board. I hate to get rid of it, but we just downsized to a queen bed. I just want our garage back to park cars in.....imagine that!!!
And, since my wrist is doing so much better, and I am able to stamp once again, I am planning on starting up classes again, really soon!!!
Hopefully, I will start blogging more, too! I just haven't had anything to share as I haven't stamped hardly at all in 6 months.
Wanted to let everyone know that through the month of June, if you have a workshop or spend $350 in one order, you qualify for an extra $35 dollars in hostess rewards!! That is an AWESOME deal!!! The offer ends June 30th at 10:50 pm MT.
Read about it here. Scroll down where it says Extra Stamping Rewards.
Have a great day!!!

Goodbye Weekly Deals
Goodbye Weekly Deals: Stampin Up announced Tuesday morning that they will be
phasing out the "Weekly Deals" on April 18.
From SU:
Weekly Deals began to help
reduce overstocked inventory. As we've reduced excess inventory, the variety of
products available for Weekly Deals has decreased, making the deals less
exciting, so we're replacing Weekly Deals with a less frequent but better
promotion called Special Offers. These Special Offers will occur every few
months as inventory allows (the goal is still to reduce overstocked inventory)
with more products and discount tiers than Weekly Deals
This week, they are having a Mega sale. Fifteen products on sale.

PLUS!!! They have updated the clearance rack...there are some really good specials on some of the retired holiday items. The glitter ribbon for one....oh my gosh...it was $10 and now it's $4!!
The retired list will be coming out in the next two weeks. I am looking forward to the new Annual Catalog....but am always sad to see some of my favorites being retired.
Then, in May, as a demonstrator, I will get to pre-order select items from the new annual catalog. EXCITING!!
Have a great day....and hope you find time to Paws N Stamp!!
Hugs,

Spring Card
Ok, it says Happy Easter but I wasn't able to get them out during Easter. So, I changed the saying to "Sending Springtime Smiles" from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set.
Basically, I used an oval framelit to cut the 'egg' hole and then ran it through the Big Shot using the Large Polka Dot embossing folder.
On another layer, behind the egg, I used the "swoosh" stamp from the Work of Art stamp set.
Then, added some flowers using the Petite Petals punch and leaves using the branch from the Bird Builder punch. Added the sentiment and DONE!! Whoops, forgot the little center....I added the fun "It's my Party Enamel Dots" in the Occassions catalog.
Tomorrow, I'll show you another card using this basic idea!
Here are the supplies I used for this card.

Today is the last day of Sale-A-Bration and card share
Just a reminder
Today is the last day to order during Sale-a-Bration to qualify
for Free SAB products.
It's true, I can hardly believe it, but Sale-a-Bration is almost over. :-(
I hope you were able to get all the free goodies you wanted.
But, if not, you still have all day today and you can shop at my online store.
Be sure to check out the Weekly deals and also the Clearance Rack, while you are there. You never know what you may find there.
I know I have been MIA for months and only jumping online now and again for updates.
Most of you know that I severely broke my right wrist a week before Christmas and had to have major surgery and a boatload of hardware placed inside my wrist to keep it together. It's been a long uphill battle to get to where I am today. But, the good news is they were able to get my wrist to work well enough so that I can type and STAMP....my two favorite things to do. :-)
My Doctor told me again that it was one of the worst breaks she'd seen. She looked me square in the eyes and said, "Don't break it again (this was my second time in 15 years) or we won't be able to put Humpty Dumpty back together again.
Ok, now, I had to chuckle...because this was the second time this week I had been called Humpty Dumpty AND it wasn't like I had nothing better to do that day but throw myself down on a hard sidewalk one week before Christmas......lol

Anyway, I have a LOT of catching up to do.
I wanted to share a very cool card with you that my wonderful friend, Pat, made to show me how she used the SU Balloon Celebration Bundle, from the Occasions catalog on page 12. I told her I just had to share it on my blog...although I don't have the directions to show you how to make it, myself :-(
Now, I do know that she used the Action Wobble Springs behind the balloons to give them a 3D look and you can purchase them at Amazon.
The pop out was done with her Cricut.
Here are some of the items she used.
