Settled in for Winter!! And some shares!
Well, we are finally sitting still. We have been on the 'road' since mid April and then working at Dworshak Dam, in ID, from May till mid-September.
We weren't sure where our next job would take us but when we got to our friend's house, they convinced us to stick around here for the Fall/Winter, at least until we made up our minds if we wanted to settle down or continue RVing.
Now that I am not working and have decent Wi Fi and am close to my storage shed, I can start stamping like I used to. That is the plan, anyway.
It was such a struggle up at the Dam to get onto Blogger, I could e-mail but uploading photos was almost impossible....it would take days and days for the pictures to come through from my phone to my computer.
Here are a couple of cards that I made while I was at the Dam. One was for a 90 year old man for his birthday and the other for my husband for his 75th birthday...both in September.
I realize that these cards use retired products but it's all I had with me that I felt would be appropriate to use for guys that used tools in their jobs.
Then, I made a stop sign using the old Alphabet that SU used to carry. :-(
The Ranger had told me that she had her back to the door when people would come to her cubicle and it would be nice if she had a sign that told them she was on the phone!! So, I made her one and put rhinestones all around the outside of the STOP sign and on the lettering. She loved it!!!
Wow.....I can't believe I wrote an entire post, photos and all in less time than it took me to get connected and onto Blogger up at the Dam.
Hopefully, now I'll be encouraged to share a LOT more!!!
If you have time, will you please let me know if you received this or not? Just a comment, "I GOT IT" will help me know how to move forward.
Have a fantastic day!!!!!
