Using a 5" x 3 1/2" piece of light card stock, adhere it to a piece of 5 1/4" x 3 3/4" brown card stock. Center it in the bottom half of the card under the opening....and mark with a light pencil...the edge where you will be stamping.
Take the card back out and stamp the boughs and pinecones.
Put a very thin line of adhesive on each side of the inside of the bottom flap. Adhere it to the back. Add a piece of brown stitched ribbon to the top of the bottom half.
Then, stamp Merry Christmas at the top of the inside card.
Hope the directions make sense. I can see using this idea for different occasions.

Great card. Love the pine branch with the pine cones and what a great idea to use a torn edge. I haven't done that for a long time.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea. I can see it used at different times too.
