Just wanted to share a simple card i made using the stamp set "Hooray for You!

Our granddaughter wanted a birthday card, pink and lavendar with balloons, so I thought this was the perfect solution ;-)

She also loves bling so I colored some gems with a pink SU marker and addes those, too.

I ran a piece of WW cardstock through the Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine using the largest Ornate Layers die.

Then, I stamped the balloon with Magenta Madness onto the WW card stock and adhered it to a piece of 8 1/2 x 4 1/4 Magenta Madness card stock that I had folded in half.

I ran another piece of WW cardstock through the Embossing machine using the same die for the inside of the card to write my sentiment.

She hasn't received it yet, should be getting it today or Monday.  I can't wait to hear what she thinks.

She is Special needs and LOVES getting cards and her birthday is one of her favorite times of the year, along with every other holiday :-)

Haven't been stamping much these past few months, I did do a Card of the Month in September for those that ordered and a few cards here and there but then started not feeling quite myself around the second week of September and finally hubby made me go to the Dr.   She saw me and sent us directly to the ER. They kept me for a few hours and scheduled me to have a stent put in..... but  couldn't because it was too big of a blockage...so they sent me home with meds.

Long story short, I ended up in the ER, again, about a week later when my BP went really low and they put me in the  hospital for 3 days and told me that I have Cardiac artery disease and that they cannot put a stent in to relieve the symptoms.  So, I am on quite a few meds and haven't had much energy to do much of anything.

The Cardiac Dr. put me on a whole new way of eating and eventually, I will have cardiac rehab......but, my main goal is to get back to feeling up to stamping again.

I am going to try and make a card a week to start with and share, either here or on my Facebook group.

We shall see!!

Actually, my goal is to have classes again....but that's not viable, right now, with all that's going on in the world....except if I can learn to do it on Facebook or You Tube......so that's a future goal.
