Easter is a comin

Oh gosh, I just realized that I haven't shared ONE Easter card, yet. So, I had better get to hopping along!!

I have a few cute ideas for you to do for Easter.  I wish I had time for a class but we have company coming on Wednesday and I threw my back out on Saturday (now why would I do that? Don't you NEED your back?) doing....who knows what.  So, I am gimping along trying to do last minute things before company arrives.  And, then, because she is also a stamper, I know we will be stamping fools for a week!!!  I'll have lots to share after that.

ANYWAY........here is one fun project that my Granddaughter and I did together a couple of weeks ago.

These were just too much fun!!!  She helped me punch and add the layers and of course fill the cups....every once in awhile popping a jelly bean in her mouth.

I got these cups from http://www.webstaurantstore.com/

The item number for the cup is 9994W and the lid is 999L4W.

We used the Large Oval punch for her ears and feet and used it again for the inner ear, but cut it down to size.  We used the Owl Punch for the little pink pads on her feet.  The small heart was used for her nose. What we didn't show was the cute little tail on the back of the cup using the 7/8" scallop circle punch.

Add some Easter grass and some jelly beans or coffee beans and you have a cute little treat to give to your neighbors, family,  friends, hair dresser....well, they ARE addicting to make!!  Not to mention,  your Grandkids will love them.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me by leaving a reply to this post.

Have a great day!!!

  1. That is so cute! I know adults that would like it too. If you have any extra cups you don't want let me know?

  2. They ARE fun to make. It would cost me more to ship them to you (since I would have to locate a sturdy box to keep them from getting crushed), than if you just went and ordered the smallest package of 50. The 50 cup pkg is $2.79 and the lids are $4.39 for 100. Of course there is shipping, too. If you knew some stampers in your area to share the cost, that would be helpful!
