Another Valentine card and Tuesday Deals

The snow is finally starting to melt...oh happy dance, happy dance!!!!  Although, I'll have to admit, being snowbound for a few days does have it's advantages.  I have gotten started on my spring cleaning AND been busy in my stamp room!
