We ended up with more snow than we imagined! We hadn't seen snow like this since we moved here 7 years ago. We figure that we got close to 24" here in our part of Central Oregon.
The snow has stopped and we are even seeing some patches of blue sky peeking through. That's a good sign. It is supposed to warm up to the 30's and 40's this week, so now we'll see how fast this stuff melts.
And, the fun begins getting the cars uncovered and the driveway shoveled out in case we need to get out, soon.
Here is a card, to share, that I made at a stamp class, last month. We used the Cupcake Builder Punch, the Pennant Punch and a Scallop Circle Punch (that is retired).
We also used some retired DSP, but you can substitute with one of the other ones that SU offers. It will make a darling card for this summer!! But, my weird sense of humor just prompted me to share it NOW!!
Since I have had a lot of time on my hands between taking photos and watching the Olympics, (since I definitely couldn't get out) I have been making cards like crazy. Most are for a Stamp Of The Month class for this month, so I can't share them, but I do have others I am working on that I will be sharing in the coming week!
Hope you are staying warm in your neck of the woods!!
Have a great day!!!
Char
That's a cute card. I found a gal that has punch tutorials and I'm in love with punches. Stay warm and hope the snow melts fast.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I am working on. I am eventually going to offer some classes on how to use various punches to make different animals and other things.
