MIA but busy with house projects

It's been a long time since my last post.  I was even astonished at how long it's been.  I last posted on December 25th.  Wow.....I am WAY behind.  I have two month's worth of cards to share.

But, first, I want to catch you up, we celebrated Christmas and the New Year with both of our Granddaughters here and then my older Sister came to visit for a week mid January.

Then, we got busy doing some projects around the house.  First, we painted the living room, dining room, hallway and ceilings.  We used Pumpkin Butter by Behr.
It's really all the same color, it just looks different because it was taken in different lighting at different times of the day.

Then, we had a patio door installed.  David did all the prep work and trim afterwards.
I like it so much better than the sliding glass doors that were there before.  And, the blinds are on the inside of the windows!!!  Yeah, no more cleaning THOSE blinds.

I helped with the painting.  But, after we got that done and before we started our next major project, I began cleaning and organizing my stamp room.

    Great color of paint and I LOVE the patio doors!!! We have sliding ones and I wish we had like yours.

    I love that color. It makes the rooms so bright and cheerful.That set of doors is beautiful. I don't care for sliding doors either. I'm looking forward to seeing your cards.

    The installer said that they get their most of their business from people that have sliding patio doors....and hate them...and want to change them out.

    We love the color of paint, too!!! It was a lot different than what we had...but it makes a huge difference.
